April showers bring May flowers, and though we didn't have much rain in California, we have certainly seen the Apriori Beauty garden grow!

As I said on my Connect Call in April, people often think the grass is greener on the other side. Next month will mark our 3rd anniversary of shipping products, and we are thrilled that you have each planted amazing seeds and Apriori Beauty is the green grass in the industry. Building a strong, sustainable business selling products (not buying them) can seem like the long and more challenging route to take. I give them a capsule, instruction sheet and catalog and tell them that I’d like them to experience something unique on their skin. I tell them that I’ll answer all questions when I check back in with them in 2-3 days. I tell them to enjoy the feeling they get when using this product line. Next, I FOLLOW UP!!!!!! I call them in 2-3 days. I ask them if they have questions. I want to meet their needs and I can’t do that if I don’t follow up."

"Another key ingredient to my successful retailing is reselling. I know how long the products are supposed to last, so I get on the phone and call clients up when it is time to reorder. It can be frustrating for a Client to run out of products, so I like to use my customer service skills to keep my Clients happy."
